I think this is my first comic set in a doctor’s office, but it still feels like it’s a bit tired. I like it anyway, but I don’t wanna become one of those cartoonists who just sets every other comic in a doctor’s office. I think Dave Berg had that covered.

And holy cow, do I get so many bogus comments. Most often, they say “interesting article!” or “Nice information” and are sprinkled with mentions of prescription drugs and penis enlargening. I just love how lacking in subtlety they are; whoever writes them is about as dumb as whoever actually approves them. That’s why I’m approving all spam comments for this comic. So tell your friends.

In other news, I’ve been having a fun time looking for a doctor to get checked up. I got hit by a car riding my bike home from work last weekend, and though my legs are still attached, I want to make sure they’re working fine. Sadly, I’ve learned that buying the cheaper insurance means there are less doctors you’re eligible to see.

Over the last couple of days, I’ve gotten a couple of recommendations of doctors from friends and such, and each one, when I call, without fail, doesn’t take my insurance. I think I’ve found a doctor with a degree he didn’t send cereal box tops for, and I’ll be seeing him tomorrow.
